‍Who is Luca

Luca is 28 years old and has two great passions: startups and sport (in particular mountaineering and skiing).

The educational path

Luca graduated in Law from the University of Bologna, focusing his studies on Commercial and Corporate Law.

He graduated with a thesis on "Venture Capital Private Equity, as a method for the development of small and medium-sized Italian companies", deepening the different types of investors and the corporate relationships that are established between the entrepreneur and the investor.

Previous experiences

He has worked in leading international law firms, specializing in M&A and Corporate Law, assisting small and medium-sized enterprises in business management both in daily life and in extraordinary transactions.

In addition, Luca assisted investment funds interested in investing in Italy and, on the other hand, Italian companies that received investment and at the same time were investing in other small and medium-sized Italian companies.

Since almost one year, he has been working for a company based in Bologna, an internationally integrated partnership, operating in more than 95 countries around the world.

His role in Wave

Within Wave, Luca deals with the legal and operational part of the business with the aim of concretizing the entrepreneurial idea.

Thanks to his legal experience, he provides business implementation support.
